Places, to be Chosen as a Must Go on Valentine’s Day




As you all know Valentine’s day is knocking at the door so what about your plans? Are you all ready with your plans? If not, then stay connected with us and if yes then also stay connected to give your plans a second thought. Kolkata is a city of lovers that we all know. No wonder why we can see each and every day LOVE covering the city. 😍 And moreover, we celebrate two days as Valentine’s Day in a single year, one is Bengali Valentine’s day and the other one is Valentine’s Day.


A Brief Cinematic Description about the Sceneries of both These Days

We all know Saraswati Puja is called as Bengali Valentine’s Day. I don’t know how it started but why it started I think I can explain. On this day Men/Boys wear Punjabi (though yellow/Basanti colour is favored) and Women/Girls wear Saree (colour already mentioned) and this tradition is age old. If you are a Bengali and you still not have experienced this then you are definitely running late 😏. Pupils of colleges and schools think themselves as heroes/heroines for one day and none stop them in thinking so but nowadays the students are more updated than what we were at their ages. We used to talk with each other in sign languages or little bit of ishares😉 and used to enjoy the Bengali Valentine’s Day in this way 😆.
…and in the month of Feb a different set of celebration starts. From Rose Day to Valentine’s Day teenagers like to celebrate each and every day. But people of our age atleast try to spend one day with their Loved Ones and want to spend some quality time with each other which is usually very hard to get in present times.For Them….

Where To Go
There are many events which will be going to happen on 14th February in Kolkata. Among those few I have selected on basis of If I would be having anyone then where I would love to go…

1.Valentine Cruise- Basically there will be a boat ride along with music. You can enjoy unlimited food there. Boat will start from Babughat and sail up to 2nd Hooghly Bridge. Sailing time will be one and half hours.

2. Valentine’s Day Dinner – As this year 14th Feb is Friday which means weekday so there are few people for whom it will be impossible to avoid their works , For them Dinner can be the best option. @Afraa Lounge,Kolkata( City Center 1,Saltlake), they want you to make your valentine’s Day special. And they are arranging Dinner Buffet for you. You need to pay 1,998 bucks to reserve your table and then you are all set to impress your DATE.  💗

3.Valentine’s Day Celebration @Fairly Ganga Ghat- This will be arranged by Allevents but they still haven’t given much information about it in their websites. This is mentioned to be an exclusive boat party along with the performance of Live Sufi Band JANNAT. Couple Pass is decided as of 3000 bucks. It will start from Fairly Ganga Ghat at sharp 6o’clock in the evening as per their website.


4.Pyaar Ki Kasti Mein Season-2, Candlelight Dinner on the Boat – This Party is going to be hosted by Pigeon Eventus. It will be at Millennium Park from 6p.m- 10:30p.m. There will be unlimited food, masquerade, Live Music, Surprise Gifts and What not. In Return You will have to pay 4,000 bucks per couple.

You will be able to find loads of options of having the one of the best Valentine’s Days but the above mentioned are the best in the lot. And I have not talked about gifts and all. All of us are aware of the Shopping Portals and their on going sale for the Valentine’s days. You can Shop along with doing your work and impress by giving surprise to your partner.
Now, I will talk about one party which is also equally important.

5.Dard-E-Disco Bollywood Break-up Party- This is going to happen on 21st of February at Orko’s Restaurant & Lounge Bar from 8p.m onward. There will be DJ along with Unlimited foods and in their poster, its clearly mentioned that No love songs will be played on that day. As In the given image you are able to see and the contact details are also given. So call on these numbers to reserve your place by paying 1999 bucks.

Post Lockdown Visit to BarBeque Nation, Diamond Plaza
