The situation around is too pathetic to even talk about it. It’s too depressing at the same time. Many people have been through a tough time lately and I am no different, Trust me 😓. Still we need to keep on trying to feel better amidst these. We can’t stop living or breathing as there’s no option of quitting or such. All are suggesting to be positive in this time as it’s the need of the hour.

Though it’s very difficult to concentrate on something when we are surrounded by the sense of loss and hopelessness. Keeping our mind positive and nerve strong in this situation are what the doctors are even suggesting. So, here on behalf of Kolkata’s Trending I have come up with few suggestions which you can take up in your way of staying positive. Though this has no direct connection with the addressed topic but still we all know how true this phrase is in our normal lives. To get a mental balance right, start engaging yourself in things which can give you an inner peace and a sense of relief for quite a little span of time though, but it will definitely give you the positivity to recollect yourself.

There are many sites which offer best deals for best photographs, every now and then they keep bringing up new challenges in which all can participate and if you are lucky then maybe you can win cash prizes. 😎
  • ·        Pamper Yourself: Buy yourself a gift, may be a dress or a good skincare product. Watch a good movie with popcorn😇. We haven’t been in the multiplex for a decade now but OTT platforms are there to help, there are many OTT platforms as in Amazon Prime, Netflix, Zee5, Hotstar in which you have plenty of options among movies, web series and so on. I guarantee, that particular span of time would be a great source of refreshment. Try that.😍

There are many inspirational books which are available online even in e-book format. Take out time, have a cup of coffee or tea as per your conveniences and start reading a book. If I can suggest you any name of book then it would be ‘Quiet’ by Susan Cain.I definitely feel it would heal your mind.

  • ·        Exercises: As per doctor’s suggestions, in this situation keeping any form of exercises in your daily schedules is a must. It’s okay if you are a beginner, or the gyms are not opened, but this won’t stop you from indulging something as new. There are many workout challenges available in online. Take up those challenges, It will not only increase your immunity but also help you to tone your body. For this, you do not require much, you just need a yoga mat for that.👍 If you are not a person who likes those workouts then you can opt for normal yoga classes. There are many who are taking yoga classes online. Zumba is also a great option for those who love dancing.  You will get en number of Zumba routines available on YouTube.
  • ·        Learn A New Thing/Professional Course: Since, now we are having a quite lot of time for ourselves, we can definitely think of grooming ourselves which will be helpful for our future. All of us must have some wishes or desires which we could not able to fulfill because of certain reasons as in lack of time, responsibilities and so many more. But now we have at least little bit of time which we can invest on ourselves and there won’t be any harm I suppose. 💓 For example, I always wanted to play guitar which somehow, I couldn’t learn and now thinking of pursuing that again.👍 Like me, you guys also can indulge yourselves in fulfilling the unfulfilled desires or dreams of yours.

Along with that you can also opt for some professional courses which will indeed give you a boost in your way of having a successful career or so. It would definitely help you even to get promotion or rewards or recognitions in your careers or jobs. There would be one more feather added to your achievements😊. There are few authentic academies available where they are providing online courses in a specific time period and after the completion of the course you will able to get certificates also. To name a few, Coursera, Udemy, Upgrad are well-known portals which you can definitely visit. 👍
