Let’s Grab a Momo at ‘Momo I Am’, Barrackpore

Momo I Am

Momos are now a hot favourite among people, so obviously there are numerous numbers of joints who have started to sell momos at different prices. Not only that they also try to create something unique from their own houses to create an attraction towards their joints but by being true to the originality of momos. Today in this blog we will take you to one of these famous restaurants/joints known for selling authentic momos. Few days back we had decided to visit Momo I Am of Barrackpore. Before that let me be honest with you i had never tried momo i am’ s momos. i used to drool over the momos of wow momo and I do have a special soft corner in my heart for the momos of Tiretti Bazar in Kolkata. We have a blog post on that too. If you haven’t checked out it yet, please take a look at this https://bit.ly/3vSQSBS

Momo I Am

Momo I Am is basically a dream, seen by Reevu Wangdi and Pravakar Yonzone which has become successful eventually.  I have read somewhere that they had returned from abroad with a dream of setting up a restaurant in Kolkata which they did finally with a very small space at Lake Gardens. They had started the startup ‘Momo I Am’. After receiving huge responses from the people, they had opened another joint at Chinar Park, later at Saltlake Sector 1 and Golpark respectively. At present they have the highest space accommodated joint at Saltlake Sector 5, the IT hub of Kolkata. its huge in size. Now they are able to successfully expand their business and you would come across an outlet of ‘Momo I Am’ nearby you for sure.😋

Chicken Bhutanese momo
So, we had visited this joint of’ Momo I Am’ which is in Barrackpore, very close to Barrackpore Station, beside Atindra Cinema Hall. Hence, it’s easy to locate. the moment you would enter the restaurant you would love the ambience as it’s cozy, lights and the ambience would definitely give you the soothing experience. You would definitely love to sit there and spend times with your loved ones. not only that this place seems very apt for hanging out with friends. do definitely check this out. 😍When we visited this joint, we just ordered chicken steam momo, which was so yummy in taste that I could relate the taste of the momos which I had in Kalimpong few years back in an instant. It seemed nostalgic to me. Apart from this we tried a unique dish which named Chicken Bhutanese Momo which did cost us 260 bucks. It’s served with gravy and trust me, it’s awesome in taste.

Crispy Chicken
This was the first time we had something like this. after taking the first bite we knew we would love to have it again and again. Whenever you visit this restaurant don’t forget to taste this. You would definitely thank us. 👍 If anyone of you is an avid lover of Pork they can get huge varieties of pork items in their menus, even the unique ones. you can also try pork bao or chicken bao as per your choices. the décor, the ambience, the background songs would definitely add little more flavour to your food.💓 Apart from momos you would be getting a huge range of noodles items to choose from. Yeah you might have to wait a bit long to get your food served on your table if there’s a rush. But trust me it would be worthwhile. 😋 They do have card /cash payment options so there’s nothing to worry. Just go there, grab a spot and enjoy the moment and don’t forget to make memories. 😊

They used to buy goods from Sheoraphuli hat which they used to export in the European Countries through the way of River Ganga and for this purpose they had taken lands which was situated closel
